There is nothing better than an homemade Italian cuisine!
We will help you to discover the history of authentic Italian cuisine!
This 2-3-4 hours cooking class and a professional Italian chef are perfect for learning how to make a real Italian Food and looking for fun!
At the end of the hands-on class, you will sit down and enjoy the fruits of your work while sipping a glass.
Choose between:
· Prepare homemade pasta (tagliatelle, fettuccine, gnocchi, ravioli) with the relative sauces such as amatriciana or carbonara explained step by step;
· Prepare and cook pizza from scratch withot sauce: Margherita, Capricciosa and so on!
· Learn the art of preparing "gelato" from scratch or the recipe of the most famous Italian dessert, Tiramisù, with simple ingredients;
· Prepare the sweets of the most classic holidays (Christmas, Carnival, Easter, ..) or simply those for a birthday party: chocolate (dark, milk and white with almonds or fruit), nougat and many others;
· Traditional Jewish cuisine;
· Explore the true traditions of Italian viticulture by discovering Italian wine with a sommelier.
